The plain-English terms
It's $11 a month, plus sales tax where we're required to collect it. You're charged today, then automatically on this same date each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Manage My Subscription — future charges stop right away, and any letter already paid for still comes. No minimums, no cancellation fees, no hoops. Rather pay once? It's also $110 a year — twelve letters for the price of ten — renewing yearly until you cancel. And a gift is $110 for a year of letters, paid once, and it never renews. You choose on the next page.
Your address is used for one thing: mailing your letters. Your payment details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
One more step, on another page
The letters are Emma's, and so is everything in the envelope. The subscription around them — your card, your receipts, the address the letters go to, and the button that cancels — is looked after by Good Post Co, who run the business side for us.
So the last step happens on their page rather than this one. You choose monthly, yearly or a gift there, and it takes about a minute: your name, where the letters should go, and your card.

Your subscription is sold by Sendero Origen, LLC d/b/a Good Post Co, an Oklahoma limited liability company. They take the payment, send the receipt, and handle refunds and cancellation. Emma writes and mails the letters.
